Diagnosis
The wings are a pale greyish fawn, strongly marked with dark brown: an oblique band, diffusing away basad, on the forewing and a short section of a similar band centrally on the hindwing dorsum.
Taxonomic note
Poole (1989) assigned the species to Eublemma.
Geographical range
Indo-Australian tropics east to Queensland and Samoa.
Habitat preference
The only Bornean specimens seen are one from disturbed lowland forest at 30-60m in the Labi area of Brunei and two from Kuching, the capital town of Sarawak, situated by a river mouth.
