Eublemma barlowi Holloway sp. n.
Eublema roseonivea Walker sensu Barlow, 1982: 88.
♀ 11mm. This species has the white forewing submarginal with a prominent distal tooth more or less centrally as in E. amabilis Moore (Indian Subregion), but that of the hindwing is curved rather than obtusely angled. The curvature of the latter is stronger than in the previous two species. The genitalia have a larger ductus and corpus bursae than amabilis, the former unusually broad and evenly sclerotised. The corpus bursae lacks a pair of spines; these are present in roseonivea but absent in amabilis.

Biology
Robinson et al. (2001) noted numerous records of the larva of the related amabilis as feeding on Coccoidea, especially Kerria, but also on Shorea (Dipterocarpaceae), Ziziphus (Rhamnaceae), Cola (Sterculiaceae) and Tectona (Verbenaceae); only the last record specifies that the larva was feeding on plant tissue (flowers and leaves).
