Eublemma faircloughi Holloway sp. n.
♂♂ 6, 7mm. The coloration and size of this species are similar to those of rufiplaga, except the ground colour is a paler vinous grey, and the fasciae are irregular, zigzag, more clearly evident against this, particularly on the hindwing. Those in the medial zone of the forewing do not predominate as in rufiplaga, and the reniform is smaller, more solidly dark. The male genitalia have the central valve process long, slender, tapering, acute, only very slightly curved except for a strong apical flexure. The genitalia of rufiplaga have been described above under caretifera.

Geographical range
Borneo.
Habitat preference
Both specimens are from low altitude, one from dipterocarp forest, the other from secondary vegetation.
