Arctornis sinuoharpe Holloway sp. n.
♂♂ 15-17mm. The facies is similar to that of liguluncus and the two species following, though with grey fringes. The frons is dark reddish, with a pair of round spots ventral to a diffuse inter-antennal bar. The palps are rufous yellow and the legs are spotted. The male genitalia have the uncus more spatulate than in the liguluncus sequence of species, and the valve is elongate with a distinctive, tapering, sinuous harpe that is longer. The valve apex has an oblique, tongue-like flap that bears setae.
