Arctornis bilobuncus Holloway sp. n.
♂♂ 16mm. The wings are somewhat diaphanous, with a sparse and irregular scattering of the broader scales in striae. There is a small black discal spot on the forewing. The frons is broadly pinkish rufous below the line of the antennae, with a white triangle notching this area ventrally, or with a more restricted area of white. The palps grade ochreous yellow towards the apex. The legs are not spotted. The male genitalia have the uncus broad, bilobed and darkly rugose, a unique feature in the genus. The pair of lateral processes of the aedeagus are well developed, the valves rectangular with the apical margin slightly concave and a long straight, slender harpe that extends just beyond the apex.
