Diagnosis
The forewings are irrorated more finely with a duller brown than that of micacea that is not stronger along the fringes and is reduced in a large, lens- shaped area along the costa. There is a conspicuous lunulate black discal mark. The hindwing is irrorated brown in a zone around the tornal angle.
Geographical Range
Borneo.
Habitat Preference
This is a lowland dipterocarp forest species. Three males were taken at 300m in the Ulu Temburong of Brunei, and a female has been taken at 150m on the lowest slopes of G. Mulu.
