Diagnosis
The pale yellow and black facies resembles somewhat that of females of C. eucharia and C. hecabe, but is seen also in the male, which has a narrower and slightly more orange bilobed oblique bar in the black area of the forewing.
Geographical range
Borneo.
Habitat preference
The type material consists of a male from around 1000m on G. Penrissen and a female from about 1500m on G. Pueh [Poi], both in Sarawak. There is also a male and a female from Sintang (Kelam), a lowland locality inland from Pontianak in Kalimantan, and a male from G. Santubong in Sarawak, indicated to be from 2600ft.
