Nygmia sp. 2613 Holloway sp. n.

Two specimens of a further female of the javana/solitaria type have been taken in Brunei: at 300m in the Ulu Temburong and at 1465m on Bukit Retak. They resemble those of solitaria, but have a larger black discal spot on the forewing set more symmetrically in a narrower but more elongate yellow triangle on the costa. Neither they nor chirunda are close to javanoides in facies, so it would be unwise to make any association at this stage. The genitalia have a much smaller ductus and bursa than in solitaria, the ostium much less extensively modified or sclerotised, but flanked by patches of setae.
