Pomasia sacculobata Holloway sp. n.
♂♀ 9-10mm. The species is intermediate in size between the previous two, with the fasciation somewhat more linear, less reticulate, yellower in tone. Males sometimes have translucent whitish patches in the area of the posterior angle of the forewing cell. It can only reliably be distinguished on genitalic characters. The valves of the male are triangular, but with very strong and clearly separated saccular lobes; the aedeagus vesica has two long cornuti and a number of smaller ones; the bursa lacks the longitudinal band of vernaculariaand salutaris, but has two clusters of spines in the neck and distinct zones of large spines with sclerotisation and small ones without, separated obliquely, in the bulb of the bursa, which also has a distal appendix.

Geographical range
Borneo, Peninsular Malaysia.
Habitat preference
The species is found at similar altitude to salutaris. Only dissected material is given type status.
