Nola celidota Wileman & West, 1928, Entomologist, 61: 205, **syn. n.

Diagnosis and taxonomic note
The forewings vary from pale to medium grey, darker marginally distal to an obtusely angled, fine blackish postmedial.
Fasciation basal to this is sparse, but there are two patches of raised dark scales, one on the costa at one-third, the other just basal and interior to it, with the antemedial, similar to the postmedial, running from the space between the patches transversely to the dorsum.
The male genitalia have the arms of the valves long, the dorsal one rather paddle-shaped but narrow, and with a basal setose lobe; the harpe of the ventral arm is distinctly slender and sinuous.
The saccus margin is somewhat tridentate.
These features are all seen in celidota, which is therefore brought into synonymy.
