Diagnosis
This and most of the species following are small, a dull olive green, with distinctly crenulate white fasciae.
Most have ornamentation such as spining on the distal margin of the male eighth sternite, and a relatively long, acute process to the ventral margins of the valve, though melancholica has an unmodified sternite and a rather sinuous, sclerotised, rugose ventral process.
Geographical range
Borneo, Sumatra, Peninsular Malaysia.
Habitat preference
Recently collected material consists of three specimens from lower montane forest at 1000m on G. Mulu.
