Toxoproctis willotti Holloway sp. n.
♂ 15mm. The forewings are pale yellow, irrorated finely with medium reddish brown that is slightly more dense in a very diffuse postmedial band. The hindwings are pale reddish fawn. The abdomen (Peninsular Malaysian specimen) dorsally grades darker grey over the distal half, though the apical tuft is fawn. The male genitalia are as distinctive as the facies relative to Bornean congeners. The uncus is rectangular, longer than in dyssema, though the whole genital capsule is relatively short. The valves are more triangular than square, apically acute, with the saccular margin basally strongly convex. The spines at the aedeagus apex are broad, blunt.
