Metaemene sp. 20330 Holloway

A male (9mm) externally similar to melinau was taken at 50m in the understorey of alluvial forest at the foot of a limestone outcrop near the S. Melinau. The male genitalia (slide 20330) have tegumen processes similar to robusta, but the valve process is distally undivided, slightly spatulate, with an arcuate flange on the interior side well basal from this. The aedeagus ornamentation is as in niasica.
