♂ (holotype)

Manoba tribei Holloway sp. n.

♂♂ 6-7mm.

The forewing facies is much as in the previous three species but the medial bar is fainter over its central portion.

The male genitalia have valves shaped as in carrei and melanomedia, but the angled harpe is distally more of a sinuous drop-shape, with weak longitudinal grooving.

The aedeagus is intermediate in breadth between that of melanomedia and the other species and is apically oblique as in the former.

However, it is distinguished by a cluster of small spines in the vesica.

The valve structure is somewhat as in the Nepalese M. erythromedia Inoue (1998) comb. n., but the aedeagus vesica of that species has a scattering of small spines rather than a distinct clump; the forewing has weaker markings medially and stronger ones more distally.
