Diagnosis
The hindwings have the costa (seen from below) with an angular expansion at one third.
The yellow band above is constricted centrally by the sharply angular border of the distal black zone.
Geographical range
N.E. Himalaya to Sundaland, Philippines.
Habitat preference
Two specimens have been taken in recent surveys, both from lowland forest in Brunei (Harman, 1981).
