Diagnosis
The ground colour is bone-white, marked with dark brown. The hindwing border is more regular than in rhabdota Collenette, and the forewing chevron and a blackish streak along the anal vein just basal and posterior to it stand out clearly. See also diagnosis of the new species following.

Habitat Preference
Only three Bornean specimens have been seen, all male: from 1620m on G. Kinabalu; 1465m on Bukit Retak, Brunei; lowland forest at 170m near the Danum Valley Field Centre, Sabah.
