Lymantria faircloughi Holloway sp. n.

♂♂ 15-16mm, ♀♀ 22-23mm. This is a yellower, more variegated species than kinta or sarantuja, with the forewing discal chevron broken into three elements as in sublunata and distinctly separated from the more basal spot in the cell by a clear, pale area. The antemedial is transverse, meeting the dorsum at right angles as in kinta, but is slightly concave basad rather than distad, though flexed distad at the dorsum. The male genitalia are similar to those of sarantuja, but relatively smaller, and with the valves less serrate along their interior margin subapically.
