Diagnosis
The wings are generally paler than in the preceding species. marked more lightly with brown in a typical manner for the genus. The postmedial markings are distinctly sagittate, interrupted centrally on both wings by a pale streak. The uncus of the male genitalia is slender, square-ended. The valves are apically narrow, acute. The saccular process is long, angled, rather than sinuous. The tongue-like process from the tegumen is long.
Geographical Range
Borneo (Pulo Laut), ?Sumatra (Sato slide RS-2687). A series from Peninsular Malaysia in the FRIM collection may be of petras.
Habitat Preference
The type locality is lowland.
