Chorsia hemmingi Holloway sp. n.
♂ 9mm. This is a slightly smaller species than perversabut with very similar facies. The forewing is slightly more variegated, the dark discal mark is more definite, a spot with a paler ring. The apex is bisected by a pale bar, posterior to which is a dark marginal zone that grades gradually paler towards the tornus (this marginal area is more punctate in perversa). The male abdomen has the eighth segment shorter, the tergite with a more triangular sclerotisation and apodemes that are further apart. The genitalia have the valves rather rectangular, with an apical, hook-like spine at the costal corner. The sacculus is enlarged, extending almost to the apex, and is obliquely notched distally.
