Diagnosis

The narrow strong brown fasciation with the pale division of the postmedial, the entire green submarginal band of the forewing and the hindwing equivalent extending to the tail are diagnostic.

Geographical range

Sumatra, Peninsular Malaysia (FRIM colln), Borneo.

Habitat preference

The three specimens taken in recent surveys were from lowland heath forest and hill dipterocarp forest at 300m in Brunei, and lower montane forest at 1000m on G. Mulu, Sarawak.
