Diagnosis
♂ 18-20mm.
The facies is typical of the group.
Definitive features of the male abdomen are: gently curved, apically unevenly bifid processes from the eighth segment; rather rugose, strong, acute costal processes on the valve set just subapically; the valve is gently upcurved.

Geographical range
Borneo.
Habitat preference
The holotype is from lower montane forest.
Habitat is not specified for the paratype, but it is possibly from the lowlands.
