Diagnosis
The ground colour of the wings is grey, delineated darker transversely and suffused with patches of rusty brown, more extensively so in the female.
The forewing margin is produced centrally in both sexes into a slightly dentate lobe: a similar, but narrower protrusion is seen on the hindwing margin of the female.
Geographical range
Peninsular Malaysia, Borneo.
Habitat preference
A single male has been taken in lowland forest at Labi (60-80m) in Brunei.
