Diagnosis
This and the next three species are very similar in the forewings, pectinifer males having a shallowly curved costa and a more distinctive inner white edge to the yellow border. The hindwing has the dorsal zone invested with rough hair above. The male antennae are narrowly bipectinate. The male genitalia are of the slender, tapering type.
