Diagnosis

This is one of the difficult Carecomotis group, best distinguished on characters of the male genitalia.

Geographical range

Philippines, Kangean, Borneo.

Habitat preference.

Three specimens have been taken in an area of cultivation at the Agricultural Research Station, Tuaran, Sabah. These specimens were overlooked by Holloway (1993[4]).
