Diagnosis
Externally, this species is very similar to inconclusa, but the forewings are a uniform grey apart from the inner border of the marginal zone which is variably beaded black distad. The male genitalia are not distinguishable from those of inconclusa.
Geographical range
Borneo.
Habitat preference
All five records are from coastal localities, with a suggestion of association with mangrove, as two were taken in a boat in an extensive area of this vegetation in the Bay of Brunei. The other three were from Kretam in Sabah.
