Achrosis transviridis Holloway sp. n.
♂♂ 9-10mm. This is a smaller species than viridapex (11-12mm), very similar in facies except the whole medial area of the forewing rather than the apical zone is green, and a paler green also. The male genitalia differ in the reduction of the larger left arm of the furca and in the shape of the uncus (spatulate rather than lens-shaped). The aedeagus vesica in both species has an extensive group of moderate cornuti.
