SARAWAK: Gunong Mulu Nat. Park, R.G.S. Exped. 1977-8 (J.D. Holloway et al.), BM 1978 - 206, Site 23, April, W. Melinau Gorge, 250m. 430558, FEG4, limestone forest, BM geometrid slide 10390.
Paratypes
- 2 ♂♂, 2 ♀♀ as holotype
- 4 ♂♂ (slide 10402) 5 ♀♀ (slide 11678, venation) same general data as holotype but Site 25, April, G. Api, 900, 427550, lower montane forest.
There are also a few specimens from hill dipterocarp sites on the lower slopes of G. Mulu and from alluvial forest.
Geographical range
Borneo, ?Sumatra.
Habitat preference
The species is found in most lowland forest types except kerangas, but during the Mulu survey showed some preference for that on the limestone of G. Api, extending up into the lower montane zone at 900m, where it was common.
