Diagnosis

The colouration is similar to that of Z. turbata, but the striae are blacker and the green area is restricted to the forewing costa.

Geographical Range

Sundaland (ssp. rubescens in Bali), Palawan.

Habitat Preference

The species is much rarer than turbata but occurs in similar lowland forest habitats.
