Phazaca cesenaleuca Holloway sp. n.

♂ 12mm.

The facies is much as in monticesena, but the white costal zone of the hindwing is absent.

The forewing postmedial is weaker and more divergent from the distal margin towards the costa.

There is also a submarginal row of black dots: in monticesena these markings are linear and much closer to the margin.

The genitalia have the typical Phazaca features, but both distal and ventral components of the valves are unusually short and broad, and the transtillae are robust, upcurved.

The aedeagus apex is marked by a lateral obtuse spine opposed by a half-spiral band of saw-like teeth.
