Diagnosis
This is the largest Bornean species, the forewings coloured and marked much as in ioge but with the fasciation more broken. The hindwings and underside are only lightly fasciated marginally, lacking the solid borders of the other species. The male hindwing is not strongly modified.
Geographical Range
Borneo.
Habitat Preference
The species ranges from 1930m to 2600m in the upper montane zone of both localities where it is recorded. It therefore has the highest altitude preference of Bornean members of the genus.
