Diagnosis

This species is larger than the others in Borneo, more of a rich reddish brown and with deeper forewings. The fasciation is generally as in other species, but the discal mark on the forewing consists of two dark dots arranged transversely.

Geographical range

Borneo.

Habitat preference

Only the holotype female is known definitely (Prout mentioned a further very worn female) from about 1600m on G. Poeh in Sarawak.
