Diagnosis
The forewings are a less rich brown than in other species; the apical leprous patch is elongate, irregular, extending in the direction of the narrow central patch, almost to form a complete arc with it. There are large elliptical zones on male tergites 4-7; the uncus is slender, triangular; the harpe has two slender processes.
