Mudaria luteileprosa Holloway sp. n.
♂ 23mm, ♀♀ 24-25mm.
The facies is as in the forms of magniplaga with pale patches but the species is larger, the leprous patches diagnostically yellowed centrally. The central patch is somewhat rounder than in magniplaga, with a small posterior indentation. In the male abdomen there are weak elliptical zones on tergites 4-7 as in major, but the uncus is tapering rather than oblong, and the harpe processes, though similar, are set closer together, the angular one of major rounded in luteileprosa

Tan & Tan (1991 [1992]) and Kuroko & Lewvanich (1993) recorded M. lut**eileprosa larvae as feeding in fruits of Durio (Bombacaceae) in Peninsular Malaysia and Thailand respectively. Kuroko & Lewvanich illustrated the larva, cocoons and damage symptoms in the fruit and seed. The larva is a shiny, leathery brown with broad black plates on T1.
