Diagnosis
The forewings are speckled and marked with dull brown and variably suffused with greyish brown on a pale bone-coloured ground. The reniform is marked by two dark dots in a paler surround. The postmedial is obscure, sinuous, but the submarginal is straight, running from the tornus to the costa, 2mm subapically. The strength of the submarginal is variable.
