Diagnosis
The forewings are somewhat deeper than in basimacula, the fasciae less curved, less oblique, and the tornal and subbasal spots obscured or weak.
Some specimens have the white discal spot larger than in the illustration.
The aedeagus vesica is narrow, deeply bilobed.
Geographical range
Borneo.
Habitat preference
All specimens have been taken in upper montane forest.
The species has been recorded from Bukit Pagon in Brunei and G. Murud, G. Mulu and G. Api in Sarawak as well as from the type locality, G. Kinabalu.
