Garella vernoides Holloway sp. n.
♂♂ 7mm.
The forewing, with its basal brown circular area and its distal uniform, dull grey-green colour, resembles ‘Pardasena’ verna somewhat, but the basal zone is larger, bounded by a double black fascia, and the distal green area is darker, greyer and lacking paler highlights and dark costal flecks.
The genitalia have Garella features such as a bilobed uncus, scaphial pads and a short valve process with an elliptical zone of black scales.
