Geographical range
N.E. Himalaya, Sundaland.
Habitat preference
During recent surveys the species has only been taken in montane habitats: upper montane forest on G. Mulu and Bukit Pagon, and lower montane forest on G. Api.
However, the type locality is Pulo Laut and specimens are also known from Singapore and Lebong Tandai in Sumatra, all lowland localities.
