Taxonomic Notes

The male genitalia of Bornean specimens have the processes of the valves and saccus more slender than in typical Philippines material.

Geographical range

Philippines, Borneo, Peninsular Malaysia (FRIM colln), Sumatra, Java.

Habitat preference

The species is infrequent in lowland forest.

One specimen was taken at 1000m on G. Mulu.
