Geographical range
Sundaland.
Habitat preference
Specimens have been taken in lowland forest in Brunei and in upper montane forest on G. Mulu, Bukit Pagon and G. Kinabalu.
Taxonomic Note
The mainland extension to the range of Arguda insulindiana is through the discovery of ssp. inexpectata Zolotuhin & Witt.
