Acosmeryx pseudomissa Mell

Haxaire (1999) recorded A. pseudomissa for the first time in Borneo, taking nine specimens in montane forest in the Crocker Range of Sabah. This population is now regarded as a separate species and will be described in the near future (I.J. Kitching, pers. comm.).

Geographical range

S. China through S.E. Asia to Borneo, Peninsular Malaysia.

Habitat preference

Montane.
