Stictane ciliata Holloway sp. n.
Diagnosis
♂ 6mm, possible ♀ 5mm. The antennae are ciliate, slightly serrate towards the base. The forewing is a uniform grey with the medial narrow, irregular, and the postmedial punctate. The discal spot is strong. The male genitalia have the valves similar to those of serrata, except the costa has a shallow angular projection at one third. The aedeagus vesica (not everted) bears two clusters of moderate spines, one cluster twice the size of the other. The possible female has a narrow ductus, traversed by the basal appendix bursae that is sclerotised broadly where it joins the corpus bursae. There is an irregular zone of many slender spines across the corpus bursae just distal to the appendix.
