Diagnosis

This is larger than other similar species, with the forewing more dark-speckled, especially subcostally.

Geographical range

Borneo, Sumatra.

Habitat preference

A rare species, probably of lowland rain forest, taken at Limbang and Bidi in Sarawak and at 300 m, Ulu Temburong, Brunei.
