Pseuderosia desmierdechenoni Holloway sp. n.
♂♀ 15-16mm. This species is medium to dark grey, rather than warm buff, but its markings are very similar to those of cristata. The forewing postmedial is more angled at one third from the costa, and the pale, yellow-orange highlights of the fasciation are reduced relative to those of cristata. In the male abdomen the coremata between segments 5 and 6 are very massive. The uncus is much less deeply bifid than in cristata, the valves less downturned, with a ventral spur. There is a long spine arising from the anellus. The aedeagus is longer, with a shorter blade-like process at the apex.

Geographical range
Sundaland.
Habitat preference
Bornean specimens are all from lowland forest.
Biology
The species has been reared from oil palm (Elaeis) in Sumatra (R. Desmier de Chenon, pers. comm.).
