Progonia erectivalva Holloway sp. n.
Diagnosis
♂♂ 9mm. See the previous species for facies differences. The male genitalia have a saccus and a more typical uncus. However, the valves are similarly digitate to those of curvivalva but straight, with an inwardly directed apical spur. The sacculus forms a relatively basal rugose lobe that is associated with the juxta and anellus. The interior basal edge of the valve has a strongly sclerotised spine-like process appressed to it. The aedeagus vesica contains an array of moderate spines.
