Diagnosis
The ground colour of the wings is bone-colour but is suffused pale brownish gray extensively basal to the postmedials. The apical marks on the forewing are largely black.
Geographical Range
Borneo, Sumatra.
Habitat Preference
The species is infrequent in upper montane forest. It has been recorded over the altitude range 1200-2600m but is most common at around 1930m. It has been recorded from G. Mulu, G. Kinabalu and Bukit Pagon.
