Diagnosis
This and the next species have very similar facies. In inops the hindwings are yellow and in privata they are white. In inops the central process of the valve costa is larger and the ventral harpe of the sacculus relatively shorter than in privata.
Geographical range
N.E. Himalaya to Sundaland and Palawan.
Habitat preference
Only two specimens from Borneo have been seen, both from the south: Pulo Laut; Sintang near Pontianak.
