Diagnosis

This and Mosopia pallidusalis Holloway have similar facies of fine, crenate, darker brown fasciae and discal marks on a paler brown ground, but this ground colour is darker, less ochreous in eudoxusalis. See also the diagnosis of Mosopia pallidusalis Holloway for male genital features.

This is a frequently encountered species in primary and secondary forest in the lowlands, mostly at below 300m. The highest record is from 900m.
