Diagnosis

The pale zone along the forewing costa, with the otherwise rather uniform brown of the rest of the wings, distinguishes this species.

Geographical range

Peninsular Malaysia, Sumatra, Borneo.

Habitat preference

This is an infrequent species of lowland forest but has also been recorded in lower montane forest at 1000m on G. Mulu.
