Geographical range

Borneo, Peninsular Malaysia (Barlow colln).

Habitat preference

Only two Bornean specimens are known, taken by A.R. Wallace in Sarawak, probably in the lowlands. The singleton from Peninsular Malaysia is from 600m on slopes with cultivation and forest fragments.
