Taxonomic note

Inoue (1999b: 101) placed H. thaiensis Inoue as a synonym of hemiticheres Prout and recorded it from Borneo, including a female paratype of clariscripta Holloway.

Geographic range

Thailand, Sundaland.

Habitat preference

(Lowland to montane).
